As a small business we do not currently offer refunds.  If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will work with you on resolving your concerns. 

This may require shipment of a replacement or credit on a future purchase.  

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We take your refund request as a serious matter. Once your complaint is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your concern. We will also notify you of the remediation methods to make you a satisfied customer.  


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tara@wfhflow.com including all pertinent purchase information along with a photo of the damage.
